PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
At any one time we have 16 – 20 discussion groups running on subjects vital to our age group. The lastest is the “Octo Plus” group – where +80 year-olds share their experience. Other discussion groups handle subjects such as: Family ties, News, Aging isn’t always easy, We’re all going to die, so what? Live or die, How time shapes us, Surviving as a couple over the years, Living with one’s illness, Solitude, Hearing better, Europe…

The “not so young but not so old” in the second phase of their retirement
